Your order is confirmed upon receipt of the $33 non-refundable deposit. This deposit initiates the design process, allows us to finalize materials, and solidifies your choice of products.

You'll soon receive a tailored email that dives into the nitty-gritty of customization. We'll chat about your preferred style, size, and your unique vision.

2. Material Review and Total Cost including Shipping: Balance of Total Material, Product Cost, and Shipping*

We're rolling up our sleeves! Together, we'll finalize the details to ensure your Whiskerful creation is a masterpiece!

After materials are greenlit and you've selected your product(s) such as collar, bow tie, bandana, kanzashi flower is confirmed, we'll calculate the total material* and product cost including shipping cost. An invoice will swoop in for the remaining balance, a gateway you'll be required to cross before our magic begins.

*Total cost of materials is based on your customization such as thread colors, buckles, charms, fabrics, etc. will be customer's responsibility.

*Shipping will varies based on where you are located. We use USPS services. Orders over $75 USD qualify for free shipping.

3. Production Start:

Lights, camera, action! After the Material Review payment is received, I’ll be procuring all the materials we’ve discussed to begin your custom order based on the confirmed materials and product choices.

Throughout, I'll keep you in the loop with updates and sneak peeks. Your anticipation fuels the excitement of the creative process!

4. Additional Changes and Balance Adjustment: If Applicable

Life's dynamic, and so are custom orders. If you request changes that brings extra costs after Material Review, don't fret! An updated invoice for the remaining balance will pop up, ensuring your order still dances to your tune.

5. Final Payment and Shipping: Remaining Balance (if applicable)

As the final stitches are woven, a reminder might appear for any remaining balance (is applicable). If not, brace yourself because your unique Whiskerful treasure is making its way to you!

While changes may not be guaranteed after production has begun, we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Cancellation before Material Review Payment:

• If you decide to cancel your custom order before the Material Review payment is made, the non-refundable deposit of $33 stays in the picture to cover admin and initial design. The rest of the balance will not be charged.

Cancellation after Material Review Payment and Before Production Start:

• Change of plans? If you decide to cancel your custom order after the Material Review payment is made but before production has started, you'll receive a partial refund. The refund amount will be the Material Review payment minus the non-refundable deposit of $33 and an extra $20 for creative time.
