We want you to be thrilled with your Whiskerful product and we stand behind the quality of every item we hand make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right!
RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@whiskerfulpets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.
Please understand that customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommending using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. All sale, gift cards, and personalized items are non-returnable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
While we don't offer direct exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the new, unused item item you have, and place a separate order for the new item that you would like instead before or after your return is accepted. Please refer to our Return policy above.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
